The Peoples e-Account Customer Portal is a secure web-based solution to:

The portal is compatible with Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer.
Go to https://www.peopleseaccount.com/ and click the "Register" button to complete the self-registration process.
The following information is required for registering on the portal:
From the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" button. You will be prompted to verify your account information and answer security questions prior to resetting your password.
Go to https://www.peopleseaccount.com/ to login or register a new user account.

Once you have logged into the portal you can view your consumption and billing details from the Overview page. This page will present a graph of your Consumption and Billing History.
Once logged into the portal, click the "Profile & Accounts" link on the left-hand navigation panel. From the profile page you can update your email address, primary phone number, supplier consent agreement and change your email subscription settings.
Yes! After Logging in, click the "Profile & Accounts" link on the left-hand navigation panel. From the Profile page click "Add New Account" button where you will be prompted to enter an Account Number, Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, and Service Address Zip Code to validate and add the account to your profile.
The Mobile application for the portal will be available for download on the Apple and Android application store. The links to these stores will be provided on the login homepage.
Budget Billing lets you spread your gas utility charges out more evenly throughout the year at no additional cost. How does Budget Billing work?
If you have a past-due balance, you may want to consider a payment arrangement. A payment arrangement allows you to make smaller monthly payments towards your past due balance over a period of time. The length of time is determined using household income and occupancy information. A payment arrangement also includes your monthly budget amount for current service.
If you do not make your payment arrangement payments on time, you may be charged a late-fee on your bill and you will be in default of the arrangement. Becoming delinquent on your payment arrangement could result in having to pay your entire past due balance in full or your service may be terminated.
At Peoples, we understand that sometimes it can be difficult to pay your gas bill. We are here to help you in any way we can. There are a variety of programs for customers on limited or fixed incomes, or who may have special needs.

If your account is not eligible for a payment arrangement at this time and you would like to discuss with us further, please call us at 1-800-764-0111 Monday - Friday 7 AM - 5 PM. You may qualify for other programs.
Security deposit decisions must be based only on your individual credit verification. The utility cannot require a deposit on the basis of where you live, your race, sex, age if over 18, national origin, or marital status.
Credit Policy for New Customers
When you apply for new utility service, the utility company has the right to review your credit history and prior service records with the Company in order to determine whether a security deposit is necessary.
In addition, before providing service, the Company may require that you pay any unpaid bills that you owe to the Company.
